Welcome to Haus, operated by t18r (Technology and Creator) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haus platform, including our website at landing.joinhaus.ai, our applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Haus is an AI-powered agent platform designed for content creators. The Service automates email triage, contract analysis, invoicing, brand deal management, and other creator-related workflows. To provide these features, the Service integrates with third-party platforms through OAuth-based authorization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations & OAuth Permissions

The Service connects to the following third-party platforms via OAuth authorization. By enabling an integration, you grant us permission to access and process data from that platform as described below:

4.1 Google Gmail

Read, categorize, and draft email responses on your behalf. We access your inbox to provide email triage, contract detection, and automated responses. We request scopes for reading, composing, and sending emails.

4.2 Google Calendar

Read and create calendar events to manage scheduling for brand deals, meetings, and deadlines. We request scopes for reading and writing calendar events.

4.3 Instagram (Meta)

Access your Instagram Business or Creator account to manage content, view insights, and facilitate brand collaborations. We request scopes for content publishing, insights, and messaging.

4.4 YouTube (Google)

Access your YouTube channel to manage content, view analytics, and coordinate brand integrations. We request scopes for channel management and analytics.

4.5 Threads (Meta)

Access your Threads profile to publish posts and manage content on your behalf.

4.6 TikTok

Access your TikTok account to manage content, view analytics, and coordinate brand partnerships. We request scopes for video management and analytics.

4.7 Payment Platforms (Stripe, PayPal)

Connect your payment accounts to facilitate invoicing and payment collection for brand deals and services.

You may revoke any integration at any time through your account settings or directly through the third-party platform. Revoking access may limit or disable certain features of the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform
• Use automated means to access the Service except through our provided APIs

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your content, including emails, social media posts, videos, and other materials processed through the Service. We do not claim ownership of any content you create or manage through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account or revoke the relevant integration.

7. AI-Generated Content & Actions

The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft emails, analyze contracts, generate invoices, and perform other automated tasks. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is sent, published, or acted upon.

We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you approve and send or publish.

8. API Usage & Rate Limiting

Access to the Service and its APIs is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if your usage exceeds reasonable limits or negatively impacts the Service for other users. Current rate limits may be documented in our API documentation and are subject to change with notice.

9. Fees & Payment

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any pending or unpaid fees remain due

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of account closure.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
